Regiment values

Ideology

We form the regiment from different people, but with one idea - freedom for Ukrainians on their own territory.

Brotherhood

It is the culture of responsibility that forms the foundation of brotherhood and sisterhood. In the Aidar regiment, these words carry special weight, because everyone here has had combat experience and felt how a person who was once a stranger became more than a relative - a brother-in-arms, a sister, a guardian angel on the battlefield.

Legacy

Having started its journey in 2014, Aidar has always been a combat unit. Therefore, naturally, real rather than theoretical combat experience became the legacy that commanders pass on to soldiers, who in turn grow into commanders, and the cycle repeats. This is what defines Aidar as one of the most effective military units.

Warrior culture

We create our own history, traditions and ideology. It is very important to us that every warrior clearly understands their mission and their great contribution to the common victory over the aggressor. Everyone must realize themselves as a citizen of Ukraine who stands in defense of their state. Everything we do must be guided by powerful and, most importantly, well-reasoned motivation. We require every fighter to maintain discipline and subordination for the highest quality execution of tasks.

Personal responsibility

During an interview at any level, a volunteer will feel the commander's concern for their life. Newcomers are not abandoned - they receive exemplary training, equipment and weapons. Later, when the fighter is ready, with their skills and experience, they become responsible for their comrades alongside them.

Results

We do our work not for the sake of the process, but for the sake of results. It is this principle that gives us confidence that we are on the right path.
