Aidar considers candidates aged 18 to 45 who are fit for military service and understand where they are going and why.
Yes, Aidar offers the opportunity to serve under an 18–24 contract. To do this, you need to fill in the questionnaire on the website and wait for the recruiter to contact you.
To sign a contract, you need to contact a representative of our military unit. If you receive written consent, you then need to contact the TCC and SP at your place of residence or registration so your personal file can be created and you can be assigned to the unit for service.
The young fighter course lasts several weeks and includes both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in firearms, tactical training, and combat medicine.
All payments are fully transparent and are made in accordance with current legislation and governing documents, which can be reviewed in open sources online. Servicemembers who sign their first contract are entitled to a one-time payment for signing that first contract.
Aidar servicemembers receive pay in the amounts set by law, as well as free three meals a day, military uniforms, and equipment as defined by governing documents and within the established scope. Annual basic leave is 30 days.
